Where we started

Fault analysis and interrogation services

When Data Alchemist began trading around 14 years ago we provided customers with extended insights into their existing fault data, including the detection of repeat failures. Our aim was — and still is — to reduce customer costs by helping identify the reason for, and thus eliminating, repeat failures.

We continue to provide extended insights into fault data. In addition, we have developed algorithms to automatically analyse that data to produce visualisations and trigger alerts via Email or SMS based on pre-defined rules to suit each customer.

Here & now

Non-invasive retro-fit hardware

We now provide retrofit hardware that latches onto existing circuitry non-invasively to stream condition changes directly to our portal — with the same visualisation and alerting we provide for customers who supply us with a daily export. We're continually shortening the time between data acquisition and reporting to deliver as close to real-time as possible.
