Where we Started

Fault analysis and interrogation services

When Data Alchemist began trading around 14 years ago, we provided our customers with extended insights into their existing fault data. This included the detection of repeat failures. Our aim was (and still is) to reduce our customers' costs by assisting them in identifying the reason for and thus eliminating such repeat failures.

Non-invasive retro-fit hardware to monitor existing systems

We are now able to provide retrofit hardware that can latch-on to existing circuitry in a non-invasive manner in order to stream changes in condition directly to our user portal. In addition, we also provide the same visualisation and alerting for this new form of data acquisition as we provide for customers that simply provide us with a daily export of their fault data. We are continually working hard to reduce the time between our receipt of data from our customers and making it available on our portal and triggering alerts to provide as close as to real-time reporting as possible.
